What documents can I upload?
Any approval or regulatory document: EPA licences, DA consents, SSI and SSD approvals, mining leases, CDC approvals, CEMPs and contract specifications, in PDF or Word. You can also paste text directly.
Can I add multiple documents to one project?
Yes. Upload additional approval documents, specifications or amendments to an existing project. New conditions are merged into the register and held for review.
How do I export the register?
From the workspace, export to a branded spreadsheet or a PDF report. Audit packs are generated per condition, by sample or in full.
How do shared status pages work?
Generate a live status page for any project and share it by link. Clients and auditors see current progress without an account.
Is my data secure?
Documents are stored encrypted in Australia, on Supabase in Sydney with row-level security. Extraction and email run through the providers listed on our security page, under data-processing agreements. claused. does not use your documents to train models and never shares your data beyond that.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at any time with no lock-in. Subscriptions keep access until the end of the billing period, and a finished project can move to Archive.
