Upload the instrument. A model proposes each condition, typed and cited to its page, with the verbatim clause retained. A qualified person confirms it before it counts.
Field work is filed at capture
Rainfall past the trigger schedules the inspection with a deadline. A failed item cannot be closed without a photograph, an assignee and a due date. Every record is stamped and signed off, with or without coverage.
