The published plans are per seat or per licence. Mitti also quotes a per-site price with unlimited users. None of them builds the condition register from the approval, and crews, subcontractors and outside reviewers cost nothing on claused. The consultant line is the hours a consultancy spends collating evidence for a client. On claused. the same consultancy runs the register for the client at the partner rate. The range is indicative and depends on scope.

Yes, at no charge. Invite them as a reviewer on the project. They sign in with Microsoft, Google or email and see that project's register, evidence, field records and exports. They cannot change anything, they see no other project, and you can set the date their access ends. Their downloads are recorded in the project activity log.
A Site is one instrument on one site, up to about 150 conditions. A Project is anything larger: a corridor, several sites, or several instruments on one register. If you are unsure, start with Site. It upgrades in place.

Yes. Project and Programme plans can be invoiced annually in advance against a purchase order. Card is available on every plan. GST is added on the invoice.
